Debbie
Dental Practice Manager
Debbie leads the team at Jackson Dentistry with one guiding principle: treat every patient as you would your own parent. With more than twenty years of experience leading dental teams in Orlando and New York, she has a gift for bringing out the best in people, so that every team member cares for each patient as an individual. Patients feel the difference: greeted by name, never rushed, and genuinely listened to. Debbie is also the person patients rely on to keep things running smoothly — coordinating financial arrangements and appointment logistics, explaining payment options clearly, and managing dental insurance for those who have it. More than anything, Debbie's gift is the team she builds — one where exceptional care is the standard, not the exception.
Amanda
Front Office Coordinator
Amanda brings more than twenty years of dental experience to the practice, including seventeen years as a specialized OSHA and HIPAA compliance consultant and trainer. Her regulatory expertise keeps our office exceptionally safe, while her warmth keeps it genuinely welcoming. From the moment patients arrive, her calm, friendly presence puts them at ease, and she has a particular gift for helping the most anxious among them feel comfortable and informed. Whether she is greeting you at the front desk, answering questions, or coordinating appointments and treatment plans, Amanda works to make every visit a positive one.
Yenis
Dental Hygienist
Yenis is a dental hygienist with over fifteen years of experience and a graduate of Valencia College. She has a rare combination of skills that sets the best hygienists apart: she cleans teeth thoroughly and meticulously — and provides periodontal therapy for patients with gum disease — all while keeping the experience gentle and comfortable. Known for her patient, educational approach, Yenis addresses each person's individual needs as part of whole-body wellness and delights in helping patients achieve their healthiest smiles. She is also fluent in Spanish. Outside the office, she enjoys learning about different cultures, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Giulianna
Dental Assistant
Giulianna earned her dental degree in her native Venezuela before moving to the United States four years ago, and she brings the trained eye, hand skills, and clinical judgment of a dentist to her work as a dental assistant. For the past three years she has been an essential part of the Jackson Dentistry team, assisting across a wide range of procedures, and she is trained in the use of the Yomi robotic implant system. She is especially skilled with cosmetic cases, where her precision and artistry shine. For Giulianna, the greatest reward is seeing a patient's confidence return the moment they see their new smile. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Taylor
Dental Assistant
Originally from Bellevue, Nebraska, Taylor attended the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where she was a student-athlete on the track and field team and studied biopsychology. She then spent ten years with the United States Army as a dental technician and assistant, working across prosthodontics, endodontics, forensic odontology, oral surgery, and periodontics, with oral surgery and IV sedation cases being her favorites. That breadth of experience makes her a steady, capable presence at the chairside. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys time with her family, cooking, traveling, and volunteering in the community.
Mercedes
Dental Assistant
Mercedes is a rare find for our practice. A trained dentist from her native Costa Rica, she is also a certified prosthodontist in the United Kingdom, where she is formally recognized as a dental specialist. She brings a depth of specialist knowledge seldom seen in a dental assistant role, and it is a direct benefit to our patients: Mercedes works closely with the doctors to help deliver outstanding prosthodontic outcomes, including in the most challenging cases. Her clinical insight elevates the care our team provides every day, and her warmth makes her a pleasure to have at the chairside. She is also fluent in Spanish. We are fortunate to have her, and our patients are too.
Sebastian
Dental Assistant
Sebastian holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences, with training grounded in microbiology, human physiology, and evidence-based clinical reasoning. Over more than two years as a dental assistant, he has supported procedures ranging from restorative dentistry to full-arch extractions and implant surgery. He is especially skilled with dental technology, including 3D printing, intraoral scanning, the Instarisa facial scanner, and Exocad design software, and he has completed official Yomi training to assist with the robotic implant system. This summer, Sebastian begins dental school at Ponce Health Sciences University in Ponce, Puerto Rico, on his way to becoming a dentist. The entire team is enormously proud of his admission and excited for the career ahead of him.
