-Drink through a straw: consuming beverages through a straw helps keep the liquid away from the visible part of your teeth.
-Do not let stain-causing foods stay around: to protect your teeth, drink and eat them quickly then brush and rinse.
-Do not smoke: tobacco (in any form) causes stains.
-Get your teeth professionally cleaned: a dental hygienists should be doing a thorough cleaning at least twice a year – clean teeth look brighter!
